You could do a riddle event each week. People participate and if they get it wrong, they get a gold bar or something as a consolation prize. Then, people who get the riddle right get an element stone, and get entered into a random drawing. At the end of the week, one person gets chosen for a free prp at his/her own time, and he/she can bring whoever he/she wants.
